Privacy Policy

Who we are

Wink Money Ltd (company number 13113664, registered office 1 Glebe Close, Weymouth, England, DT4 9RL) operates this website at winkmoney.com. This policy covers the Wink Money website only — it does not cover Trivolla, which is operated as a separate product with its own privacy policy.

What information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That's typically your name, email address, company/organisation, and the content of any message you send us through the contact form, or just an email address if you join a waitlist. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this site at present. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for consent where required.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry — whether that's about hiring, consulting, a banking or payments partnership, or Trivolla — and for nothing else. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've separately asked to be kept updated.

Our legal basis

We process contact form submissions on the basis of legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you've sent us is a reasonable and expected use of that information. Where you sign up to a waitlist, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send and receive messages from this site's forms. Resend processes your information only to deliver that email, acting as a data processor on our behalf. We don't share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and waitlist information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us, and delete it when it no longer is — generally within 24 months, or sooner on request.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. To do any of this, email us using the details on our contact page. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
